Mr. Terauchi attended the “17th Joint Meeting of the Special Subcommittee on Intellectual Infrastructure Development of the Industrial Technology and Environment Subcommittee of the Industrial Structure Council and the Special Committee on Intellectual Infrastructure Development of the Basic Policy Subcommittee of the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee’s Technical Environment Group” held on March 6, 2024, where he discussed and requested further initiatives in the field of microbial genetic resources.
