IwataniAyako We are excited to announce that Takashi Nishino has joined our executive team in the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective February 10, 2025. Nishino brings extensive expertise in finance and corporate strategy, along with international work experience.
With Nishino joining our leadership team, we will further strengthen our management structure and accelerate our business as a leading company in gut microbiota medicine, aiming to provide research-based medical treatments and pharmaceuticals to patients in Japan and worldwide.

Mr. Nishino comes from Kyoto Fusioneering Ltd., where he was Head of Finance and Business Planning. He led the Series C funding round raising over 10B JPY, established digital-based operations to support rapid business growth, launched subsidiaries in the UK and Germany, and spearheaded the development of corporate functions including HR, finance, and accounting.
Prior to this, he held positions at Mitsubishi Corporation and Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Nishino holds a B.A.in Economics from The University of Tokyo.
